The University Program Council (UPC) will be presenting Fountain Frolics from 12 to 1 p.m. beginning June 3, 2010 and continuing every Thursday through July 29, 2010 excluding July 1, 2010 at the Nebraska Union under the north overhang. This is a free outdoor local music concert series for all to enjoy with the option of a $4.00 hot dog picnic lunch.

AZIZ ANSARI HAS JUST CANCELED HIS SHOW WITH THE UNL UNIVERSITY PROGRAM COUNCIL (UPC) AND 3 OTHER COLLEGES!
Aziz Ansari will be unable to make it to Nebraska on April 6th, 2010, because of his workings on MTV’s Movie Awards which will apparently be occupying all his time for the next month. He has canceled four of his shows, including the one for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
The University Program Council is very upset to hear this news. We did everything in our power to bring a great comedian, and while it is disappointing to our group and all the students who were planning on attending not much can be done.

The University Program Council is excited to be bringing a fantastic new form of entertainment to UNL with Radio Happy Hour, a live variety show that will have you busting up all night. Radio Happy Hour is bringing with them a very special guest – Eugene Mirman, of HBO’s hit show “Flight of the Conchords”, will help bring the funny to UNL students. The show hits the stage on Thursday, April 22 at the Rococo Theatre!
